The Challenge
Absolute Energy became one of EMD Agency’s first clients in 2021, engaging us as their digital marketing partner at a time when the business was looking to strengthen its online presence and position itself as a leading insulation provider in the top of the South Island. Based in Nelson, with additional operations in Dunedin and Queenstown, Absolute Energy supplies and installs a wide range of insulation solutions for both residential and commercial properties.
As the business grew, so did the need for a more structured and consistent marketing approach. Absolute Energy wanted to build brand recognition, generate a steady flow of qualified leads, and establish itself as a trusted authority in the insulation industry. This required not only creative and strategic marketing, but also deeper integration with their internal systems and processes.
What We Did
Over the years, EMD Agency has worked closely with Absolute Energy to refine and optimise their brand and visual communication, ensuring their marketing clearly reflects the professionalism and expertise of the business. We redesigned their website and have continually invested in search engine optimisation, building a strong organic presence that has developed over more than three years.
Today, their website is recognised as one of the most comprehensive sources of insulation information in New Zealand, serving as an authority resource referenced by both traditional search engines and emerging AI search tools.
Beyond digital marketing, we have designed a wide range of printed materials, including signage, flyers, brochures, and other marketing tools that support the business on the ground. We have also delivered several custom software development projects, helping integrate digital lead capture and marketing systems directly into Simpro, the company’s CRM and job management platform, improving efficiency from enquiry through to job completion.
